Shop FAQ


Orders made from July 1st, 2019 – July 21st, 2019 are eligible for FREE pick-up from SDCC 2019. I will be at San Diego Comic Con and you can pick up your order from me at the convention. When you submit your order, I will send you an email with meetup details. Meetups will be at the San Diego Convention Center on July 18th, 19th, 20th, and 21st during convention hours. Please be sure that you are able to make it to the San Diego Convention Center during those days before choosing the Free Pickup option at checkout.

Order process

I am always working on improving the ordering process to ensure a faster turnaround time. I run this business alone so please allow for 2-3 days of preparation before shipment as I am hand-packaging each print with love and care. 🙂 Exceptions are during holidays, unforeseen circumstances or otherwise stated.

All items are carefully packed with the protection of clear acid/lignen-free archival-safe sleeves, rigid mailers, backing boards, boxes, or cushion wraps so they are as safe as possible during shipment.

Items are then shipped via USPS which can take approximately 2-5 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. An email will be sent to you with tracking information when your order ships.

Do you accept credit card/debit card/PayPal?

Currently, I only accept PayPal; all credit and debit payments are processed via PayPal.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, I’m currently only offering shipping within the United States. Please check back again soon or follow me (@harmonygong) on social media to find out when international shipping will become available.

What is the return/refund policy?

All sales are final and items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Once the item is shipped, I can no longer be responsible for the handling of it. If there’s an error in your address and I haven’t shipped your order yet, kindly send an email to with your name, order number and corrected address. If the order has been sent, unfortunately I can no longer change its destination. Any additional expenses incurred to resend the item will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the very rare case that the item arrives damaged and is proven to be a neglect on my end, I will replace it with no additional charge to the buyer. Please contact me within 24 hours after receiving the item with photos of proof of damage. Please note that only print items can be replaced. Original artworks cannot be replaced as they are one of a kind.

Events outside Harmony Gong’s control shall be considered force majeure.

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.

Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

The colors and appearance of artwork on this website may differ slightly from the actual artwork.

No license is granted to reproduce, or copy the merchandise in any form or manner.
